Goods can only be returned within 90 days. We request that the goods must be in the same condition they were delivered
(in the original packaging complete). If the goods are not in a saleable condition the customer will be charged reasonable compensation for the lost value.
We offers a free returns service for all UK based customers. Customers will need to print off the returns label, attach to the parcel and then take the parcel to their local Post Office.
Please make sure the order number is mentioned on the parcel so that we can
trace your order and speed up with return / refund process. Any 'FREE GIFTS'
products supplied with the order must also be returned. Customers who are unable to follow
our return procedure are not eligible for the free returns service. A full refund of the card payment will be
initiated but not for the original delivery charge unless an error was made by
us or item appeared to be faulty or received damaged. Please note we only offer
free returns to UK based customers and will not be able to reimburse
International customers for return postage costs.
As a customer you can cancel the order before the order has been despatched/shipped. You will need to call or email our customer services and inform as soon as possible. If the order is already shipped before the cancellation request is made then you need to return the order for a refund or exchange.
